Call flow designer

See and change your whole call routing on one map

Numbers, IVR menus, queues, ring groups, AI agents and phones, drawn as one diagram. Drag a line to reroute calls, review the changes, and save. Or start from one of 15 ready-made flows for your type of business.

The Call flows page: every number and where its calls go, including AI agents and the tools they use.

Why a map

Phone systems are easier to understand when you can see them

Settings pages hide how things connect. The map shows it at a glance, and lets you fix it in the same place.

Everything in one view

Numbers, IVR menus, queues, ring groups, announcements, AI agents, apps and tools, SIP phones, outside numbers, conferences and recordings.

Drag to reroute

Drag a coloured dot to send calls somewhere else, or drop it on empty space to create and connect a new item.

Edit menus in place

Add IVR keys (0 to 9, * and #) right on the diagram and connect them to their destinations.

Focus on one path

Show only what leads to an item, or where it sends calls, and filter by number. Compact, normal or detailed views.

Live view

Turn on Live to see calls moving through the diagram as they happen.

Review before saving

All changes are listed in one review step. Undo, redo or discard at any time. Calls in progress are never cut off.

Flow templates

15 complete call flows, ready in minutes

A template builds everything a type of business needs, already connected: SIP phones for each role, spoken messages generated from text, an AI agent with calendar booking, an IVR menu, and the ring groups, queue, conference or announcements that fit.

  • Answer a few questions: business name, hours, address, services, voice
  • Edit the greetings, instructions and transfer rules before anything is created
  • Watch it build step by step, then connect a number

How a template gets you running

  1. Pick your business type

Fifteen flows grouped by industry, each with a preview of what it will create.

  2. Answer a few questions

Your hours, address, services, the voice, and which phones each role should use.

  3. Check and adjust

Greetings, AI instructions and transfer rules are all editable before you confirm.

  4. Connect a number

Point one of your numbers at the new flow. Calls start arriving right away.

FAQ

Call flow questions

Still unsure about something? Ask us directly

Do my changes go live as soon as I drag something?

No. Changes are kept as a draft. When you are happy, open “Review & save”, check the list of changes and apply them in one go. Calls already in progress are not affected.

Can I break my phone system by accident?

The designer warns you about missing items and about calls that could go round in a circle, and you can undo, redo or discard your draft at any time.

I already have phones and menus. Can I still use a template?

Yes. The template wizard lets you reuse existing SIP phones for each role, or create new ones. You can also connect one of your numbers at the end, or do it later.

Do templates cost anything?

The templates are free. They create items in your account; SIP phones beyond your five free ones and phone numbers are paid as usual, and the wizard asks you to confirm before anything is charged.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. If you can draw your call routing on a whiteboard, you can build it here. Keyboard shortcuts, alignment tools and a mini map are there for people who like them.
