Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. The quickest way is to forward your existing number to a CasaTelecom number, which works with any provider. If you would rather move the number itself, contact us and we will check what is possible for your country.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. A cloud PBX runs on our servers. Your team can use any SIP desk phone or a free softphone app on a computer or mobile, and your first five SIP phones are free.

What internet connection do I need?

A normal business broadband or fibre connection is plenty. Voice calls use very little bandwidth; what matters most is a stable connection.

What happens if our office internet goes down?

Each SIP phone has its own destinations for “not available”, “busy” and “no answer”. Send those calls to a mobile number, another team or the AI agent, and callers still get through.

Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. An extension works the same in the office, at home or abroad. Calls between your extensions are free wherever people are.
