Read rows
Find the order, booking or account the caller is asking about.
If your product runs on Supabase, your support line can use the same data. The AI agent reads order statuses, bookings or account details from your tables, and writes back what the caller asked for.

}Every Supabase tool does one of these jobs. Create one tool per job and give your agent only the ones it needs.
Find the order, booking or account the caller is asking about.
Insert a callback request, a lead or a new booking.
Change a delivery address, a status or a preference.
Possible when you need it, off unless you enable it.
“Where is my order 48213?”
The agent reads the orders table and tells the caller it ships Thursday.
“Can I change my delivery day?”
It updates the row and confirms the new day.
A caller wants a demo.
It inserts a lead row your sales team picks up.
Use a key or role limited to the tables the agent needs.
Choose Supabase in the Tools connector and enter your project details.
Select the columns the agent may use and the column it searches by.
Run a test query and add the tool to your agent.
Use the most limited access that still lets the tool do its job, ideally restricted to the specific tables and actions the agent needs.
The tool acts with the access of the key you provide. Give it a role that only reaches the rows and tables the agent should use.
Supabase is the Postgres option we connect to directly. We also support MySQL, and NocoDB can sit on top of an existing database.
Give the agent live access to your calendars, sheets and databases.
